125 g Flour
155g Dark chocolate
1‐2 Table spoons of Fruit schnapps
- Mix the flour, sugar and eggs in a bowl.
- Melt the butter and the chocolate in a bowl above a pan full of water on the stove top.
- Mix chocolate and butter with the flour, egg and sugar batter.
- Pour into a cake tin (diameter 25 cm) and bake in the oven at 250 degrees for 11 mins.
